How to Order:

The easiest way to order is to email us and tell us what you'd like.  Just tell us  the print name, size, frame style and color (if any) and quantity.  If you need it expedited, let us know how soon you need it.  We'll then email you back with your order invoice from which you can pay securely online, via PayPal.  (Ordering by email will also let us properly calculate your shipping before you pay, which PayPal is not really great at doing.)

You can also order right from the gallery pages:

  1. You can order easily by clicking the large version of the photo you want within its gallery - a 'buy prints' box will appear.

  2. You can choose from the above sizes, framed and/or unframed.

  3. Click as many photos, sizes, and styles as you want, in whatever gallery you want. 

  4. Your shopping cart will fill with the items you've clicked on.

  5. Checkout is easy - clicking on the checkout button from your shopping cart will let you pay securely with any method you choose below.

  6. Note that PayPal's shipping calculations may be slightly off so if there is any refund due to you for extra shipping charges, rest assured that we will immediately inform you of it and credit you.  In the rare event that there is any additional funds due for shipping (typically in cases of purchasing many framed prints) you will get an email from us before proceeding.

Payment & Shipping

  • Through PayPal, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  We regret that we do not take checks, money orders, or auto-debits directly, or through PayPal.

  • All prints are made to order and will be shipped via USPS (prints only) or UPS (framed prints) immediately after the completion of printing (and matting and framing, if ordered.)  Please allow delivery up to 7-10 days for prints only and 4-6 weeks for matted and framed prints.

  • Sorry, we're unable to take international orders at this time.

Returns & Refunds: 

If we've committed an error with your order, rest assured we will make it right, immediately, and at no cost to you.

However, if you decide you want to return your print or exchange it for something else, (changed your mind, buyer's remorse, etc.) we ask that you first email us to let us know you will be returning the item so we can be on the lookout for it and process your refund as soon as we receive it, so you're not waiting around.

Then simply return it to us within 5 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price, less the shipping charges. Item must be *undamaged and in original condition* and resellable or no refund can be given.

In the event of a return, we do require that you ship the artwork in its original packaging to ensure that it is not damaged en route. Please use tape to seal all open seams and prevent water from damaging the print, as such damage would not be covered under shipping insurance.

We also do require that all returns be shipped back to us with insurance and with a signature required.
Both are typically about $2.00 each (for unframed prints, more for matted and framed), but they are really good peace of mind, and we never ship without either.  If the print is returned to us with no shipping insurance and is damaged enroute, we will not be able to refund your money.  On the other hand, if it's insured and is damaged in transit, we're happy to refund your full purchase price (less shipping) once the shipper has assessed that it was their error and pays the claim.  As far as having a signature required, this simply means that USPS/UPS can't leave it out on a porch, for example, for anyone to take. It must be physically received and signed by someone and is proof the item was delivered safely.
